What is the highest legal carrier frequency on the 20-meter band for transmitting a 2.8 kHz wide USB data signal?

الشرح

Data emissions on 20 meters are authorized only in the 14.00-14.15 MHz segment, and an upper-sideband data signal 2.8 kHz wide extends that far above its carrier, so the highest legal carrier is 14.150 MHz minus 2.8 kHz. A carrier near 14.349 MHz would be inside the band but in the phone and image segment, and the two lower frequencies are legal without being the highest.
