What is the maximum speed allowed when towing with a flexible hitch?

الشرح

When a mechanical vehicle is being towed, the combination may not exceed 50 km/h; that ceiling also applies when the connection is flexible. Higher figures exceed the towing limit, while lower figures are possible speeds rather than the maximum permitted.
