Is it allowed to transport people on a cargo trailer:

الشرح

A cargo trailer is designed for goods, not for carrying people, and passengers may not ride on it while it is being used on the road. Accompanying the cargo does not create an exception for a trailer, so the limited-permission proposal is also incorrect.
