Which sideband is normally used for 10-meter HF, VHF, and UHF single-sideband communications?

By long-standing amateur convention lower sideband is used on 160, 80 and 40 meters, and upper sideband on 20 meters and everything above it, which includes 10 meters, VHF and UHF. Following the convention matters because a station listening on the opposite sideband recovers unintelligible audio.
