In accordance with the law "On Road Safety" of the Republic of Armenia, a driver's license to drive vehicles of category "BE" can be issued to persons who have reached the age of majority:

The licensing threshold for category BE is 19 years, so merely reaching the general age of adulthood is not enough for this entitlement. Ages 17 and 18 both fall short of the 19-year minimum for this category.
