Which place is the capital of the U.S. territory of American Samoa, rather than the capital of sovereign Samoa?

Erklärung

Pago Pago is the territorial capital of American Samoa and fits the jurisdiction named in the prompt. Apia belongs with the sovereign state of Samoa, so it answers a different political-geography question.
