سؤال 539

What happens as the Q of an antenna increases?

  1. SWR bandwidth increases
  2. SWR bandwidth decreasesپاسخ درست
  3. Gain is reduced
  4. More common-mode current is present on the feed line

توضیح

Q measures how much energy a resonant system stores relative to what it dissipates each cycle, and a high-Q system responds over a narrow band. As antenna Q rises, its reactance swings faster with frequency, so SWR climbs sooner on either side of resonance and the SWR bandwidth shrinks.
