Which mode is most commonly used for voice communications on the 160-, 75-, and 40-meter bands?

160, 75 and 40 meters all lie below 10 MHz, which is the dividing line in the amateur sideband convention, so voice contacts there are made on lower sideband. Nothing electrical requires it, but every operator and band plan assumes it.
