A proposal is presented to an assembly of Spartan male citizens for a vote. Which institution is meeting?

توضیح

The Apella was the assembly in which Spartan male citizens voted on proposals brought before them. The Athenian Boule belonged to another polis and performed agenda and administrative work rather than this Spartan assembly role.
