What is an advantage of batteries with low internal resistance?

Explication

The internal resistance is in series with the cell, so the terminal voltage sags by the load current times that resistance; a low internal resistance keeps the sag small and lets the battery deliver a high discharge current. Internal resistance does not by itself set the cell voltage or the charging rate.
