A two- or three-wheeled vehicle, with an engine with a displacement not exceeding 60 cub.cm. and a maximum speed not exceeding 60 km/hour.
3. Two or three-wheeled vehicle, with an engine with a displacement not exceeding 70 cub.cm. and a maximum speed not exceeding-. 70 km/hour.
Explication
A moped is defined by both a small engine and a limited design speed: no more than 50 cubic centimetres and no more than 50 km/h. Raising either limit to 60 or 70 would place the vehicle outside the stated moped classification.
