A visitor wants to tour Alaska's state capital. Which city should the visitor choose?

Explication

Juneau is the location of Alaska's state capital government, so it is the appropriate destination. Anchorage is a prominent Alaskan city and the most tempting alternative, but it does not serve as the capital.
