A current Micronesia guide still lists nearby former capital Kolonia as the national capital of the Federated States of Micronesia. Which city should replace it?

Explication

Palikir should replace Kolonia because it is the current national capital of the Federated States of Micronesia. Kolonia is the nearby former capital, so its historical role makes it plausible but not current.
