Which city is the national capital of the Republic of the Congo, rather than its similarly named neighbour?

Explication

Brazzaville is the national capital of the Republic of the Congo. Kinshasa belongs to the neighbouring Democratic Republic of the Congo, while Pointe-Noire is a major city without the national-capital role.
