The arrows on the green signal of the traffic light warn

Բացատրություն

When outline arrows are marked on a full green signal, they indicate that the corresponding turn is governed separately by the supplementary arrow section. The supplementary section beside the illuminated green is dark, so it gives no current right-turn permission; treating the marking as a permanent ban ignores that the turn becomes available when that green arrow lights.
