Are children under the age of 12 allowed to ride on the back of a motorcycle?

Բացատրություն

A child younger than 12 may not be carried on the rear seat of a motorcycle. The ban is absolute for this age group because a pillion position cannot restrain a young passenger in a fall, so the arrangement cannot be made lawful.
