Is it allowed to transport people in a towed bus with a rigid or flexible hitch:

Բացատրություն

A bus being pulled by another vehicle may not carry passengers, whether a rigid hitch or a flexible hitch is used. Changing the type of connection does not create a passenger-carrying exception for the towed bus.
