A textbook sentence about a leaf cell reads: the green colour comes from a pigment held inside certain organelles. Which pairing of organelle and pigment matches that sentence?

Բացատրություն

The organelle is the container and the pigment is the chemical inside it, so the colour of a leaf comes from the contents rather than from the container. Swapping the two names round is the standard slip, the pigment is never found inside the organelle that carries out respiration, and the tough material of the cell wall is not a pigment at all.
