Use the present perfect passive for repairs now confirmed as complete: The rowing boats ___.

Բացատրություն

Have been repaired is right because boats is plural and the passive perfect needs have been before repaired. Have being repaired is the closest error because being belongs to a continuous passive, not this completed perfect form.
