As part of the morning bakery routine, each tray ___ before any dough is placed on it.

Բացատրություն

Is weighed is right because each tray is grammatically singular and the requested passive needs is plus a participle. Is weigh keeps the correct auxiliary but wrongly uses the base form after it.
