Is it allowed to turn into the yard at this point?

Объяснение

The blue panel identifies opposing lane arrangements for general and route traffic; it does not prohibit access to adjoining property. The indicated yard turn may therefore be made after the driver signals, yields to traffic whose path is crossed, and avoids endangering pedestrians.
