Is it required to make a signal with a indicator light when maneuvering at the parking lots or vehicle filling stations?

الشرح

Direction indicators are required before any maneuver that changes direction or position, including within a car park or filling-station area. Treating private or service premises as exempt is unsafe because pedestrians and nearby drivers still need advance notice.
