Is it allowed to overtake a bus at this point?

Erklärung
The three-stripe approach marker accompanies the first advance warning of the railway crossing and marks the point farthest from the rails. The vehicles are therefore still outside the final 100 metres where overtaking is banned, so the bus may be passed if visibility, the broken centre line, and all other general overtaking conditions permit it. Closer to the rails, within that final approach zone, the same manoeuvre would be prohibited.
