Montenegro recognizes Cetinje as its Old Royal Capital. Which city is its present national capital?

Explication

Podgorica is Montenegro's current national capital and answers the present-day question. Cetinje retains the distinct title of Old Royal Capital, but that historical designation does not make it the present seat of national government.
