Is it allowed to overtake the truck?

Explanation

The triangular sign with an equal-armed cross warns of an intersection between equal-priority roads, where overtaking may not continue. A pass may therefore begin only if it can be completed and the vehicle can return to its lane before the intersection starts. The sign does not forbid a pass that can still be finished in time, but an unconditional permission would wrongly allow the manoeuvre to extend into the intersection.
