Terms for using Questena.
These terms apply to Questena's current public practice service. They do not introduce accounts, payments, authoring, or user-submitted content.
Agreement
By using Questena, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice. If you cannot agree under applicable law, use the service only with a parent or guardian.
Practice, not an official outcome
Questena provides practice material. It is not an examination authority, school, legal adviser, or certification provider. A result describes that practice attempt and does not predict or guarantee an exam result or any other real-world outcome.
Check the current official source
Questena aims to reproduce source material accurately and identify its basis and version. Requirements and official answers can change. You remain responsible for checking the current official source and the rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You may use public Questena pages for ordinary personal and educational practice. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access or safety controls, probe security without authorization, automate bulk extraction, or republish Questena-owned presentation and original material without permission.
Content and ownership
Questena's interface, presentation, and original material are protected to the extent allowed by law. Official and third-party source material remains subject to its own ownership, public-domain status, attribution, and licence terms. These Terms do not grant rights that Questena does not own.
Corrections and service changes
Questena may correct, withdraw, add, or remove material and may change or discontinue parts of the service. Withdrawn material may remain visible where needed to explain an earlier result.
Availability
The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Features may fail, be delayed, or change while Questena is developed and maintained.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Questena is not liable for decisions made from practice results, reliance on outdated source material, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
Revised Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
