These terms apply when you practise, create tests, or share them with Questena.
Agreement
By using Questena, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy notice. If you cannot agree under applicable law, use the service only with a parent or guardian.
How practice results work
Questena is an independent practice service, not an examination authority or certification provider. A result reflects that practice attempt and can help you decide what to review next. It is not an official exam result and does not guarantee that you will pass.
Check the current official source
Questena aims to reproduce source material accurately and identify its basis and version. Requirements and official answers can change. You remain responsible for checking the current official source and the rules that apply to you.
Acceptable use
You may use Questena for ordinary personal and educational practice and may create and share tests. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access or safety controls, probe security without authorization, automate bulk extraction, or upload or share material unless you have the right to use it.
Content and ownership
You keep the rights to material you create. By sharing a test, you allow Questena to host and display it to people with its link. Questena's interface and original material remain protected, and official or third-party sources remain subject to their own ownership, attribution, and licence terms.
Corrections and service changes
Questena may correct or withdraw catalog material, remove shared tests that violate these Terms or the law, and change or discontinue parts of the service. Withdrawn material may remain visible where needed to explain an earlier result.
Availability
Questena works to keep the service available and content accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. Features and shared links may change as the service is maintained.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Questena is not liable for decisions made from practice results, reliance on outdated source material, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
Revised Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
