65/20 narrows what you study, not which test version you take
You may receive 65/20 special consideration if, when you filed Form N-400, you were at least 65 years old and had been a lawful permanent resident for at least 20 years. USCIS decides whether it applies.
The two thresholds

Meeting the two numbers is useful orientation, but it is not a Questena eligibility decision. Confirm the rule and your case with USCIS.
Your filing date still chooses the version
First determine whether the 2008 or 2025 civics test applies. Then use the starred 65/20 subset from that version. Do not mix the starred questions from one bank with the other bank.
The examination rule is the same shape
In the 2008 bank: 20 designated questions, 10 asked, 6 correct required.
In the 2025 bank: 20 starred questions, 10 asked, 6 correct required.
USCIS also states that qualifying applicants may take the civics test in the language of their choice. Consult the official exceptions page for the complete rule.
